公司設(shè)立合規(guī)咨詢(xún)和舉報(bào)電話(huà)、電子信箱接受合規(guī)舉報(bào)和咨詢(xún)。任何公司員工、商業(yè)伙伴、第三方，以及任何外部個(gè)人或單位都可以通過(guò)口頭或電子郵件等途徑，實(shí)名或匿名反映本公司各部門(mén)、各分公司、下屬公司及員工可能存在的不當(dāng)行為，并且就日常經(jīng)營(yíng)管理過(guò)程中的合規(guī)問(wèn)題尋求咨詢(xún)和建議。公司將根據(jù)舉報(bào)線(xiàn)索進(jìn)行認(rèn)真調(diào)查，對(duì)于查證屬實(shí)的違規(guī)情形，將按照規(guī)定追究違規(guī)行為人的責(zé)任，并向舉報(bào)人反饋調(diào)查處理結(jié)果。公司將對(duì)舉報(bào)人進(jìn)行充分保護(hù)，禁止對(duì)善意舉報(bào)人進(jìn)行任何形式的打擊報(bào)復(fù)。

The Company sets up a consulting & reporting hotline and Email box to accept compliance consultings and reportings. All employees, business partners, third parties, and any individuals or entities may report the possible misconduct of the Company's departments, branches, controlling affiliates, and employees, and seek compliance guidance and advice on compliance issues during the Company's daily operation and management, verbally or via e-mail, in real name or anonymously. The Company will seriously investigate into the reported affairs, and once proven to be true, hold the violators liable for their misconducts pursuant to the Company's policies and procedures, and provide feedback on the investigation results to whistleblowers. The Company will fully protect whistleblowers and prohibit retaliation in any form against good faith whistleblowers.
